Technical Writer, OPEX Corporation, 2024–Present

Wrote and published service documentation covering the hardware of the Infinity machine, the Perfect Pick machine, the Sure Sort X machine, and the Sure Sort machine. Wrote and published release notes for the Cortex software which helps run all of the Warehouse Automation machines. Created user-facing documentation for the Cortex HMI and Conexus software. Served as an SVN admin where I assisted other writers and software engineers with source-control processes involving MadCap Flare. Programmed Powershell scripts to fix broken cross-references and SVN file conflicts in MadCap Flare projects. Setup our documentation server to host internal HTML5 documentation with Windows Authentication.

Technical Communicator I, ARGO Data Resource Corporation, 2022–2024

Maintained software documentation for the OASIS and SAND products, both financial fraud prevention software. Re-designed the OASIS online help to have a more modern look and to be role-based. Initiated meetings with engineers, product managers, technical support, and customer support teams, and other stakeholders to improve the customer experience of the OASIS and SAND documentation. Collaborated with DevOps to set up Git branching for our MadCap Flare projects. Supported other team members with Git and MadCap Flare issues.
